Sound basic knowledge is crucial for every bank employee. The complexity of today’s banking business means that IT staff, for example, also need to understand the essentials of the bank.

Bank management basics for non-bankers

Managing a bank is now more complex than ever before. Constant cost pressure, intense competition, regulation and digital transformation demand maximum performance and insight from every employee in a bank. This makes it all the more important that the basic principles of bank management are also well understood in departments specializing in other fields. Otherwise, even modern management methods such as “agile management” will fail, as they rely on shared values and understanding.

The webinar series focuses on basic knowledge of bank management to provide non-bankers with a frame of reference and enable them to take part in workplace discourse.

By using our interactive learning platform, which combines asynchronous learning with active discussions and thus helps to achieve maximum learning success, we ensure compatibility with everyday work responsibilities. The series also includes a session of collaboration on a comprehensive case study, allowing you to put your new knowledge to the test.

Upon completion of the webinar series, an official certificate of participation from zeb.business school is provided.
