The impact of AI on the financial services sector is currently judged as very high. The details, however, are still unclear. Given this situation, it is important that all bank employees understand the basic possibilities and limitations of using AI in banking operations. Otherwise, an open-minded discussion of the topic cannot take place.

Matthias Lehneis, Senior Manager, zeb

Basics of artificial intelligence for bankers

Our “AI driving license” certified by zeb.business school is a basic building block for future AI literacy in banks and provides the foundation for an in-depth examination of the topic.

This seminar does not provide a “free pass” for compliance with applicable legal guidelines. These clear guidelines do not currently exist – and therefore cannot be taught in a standard seminar. Instead, we would like to report transparently on the requirements of Art. 4 of the AI Regulation and, above all, highlight the benefits and risks of using AI in banking operations.

Our 1-day seminar (hybrid format) not only lays the foundations for understanding the possibilities of AI in banking operations. Our experts report on current projects on this topic and are available for subsequent discussions. A broad information and literature basis, which is provided to the participants, rounds off the seminar.

At the end of the event, all participants receive an official certificate from zeb.business school.
