Bank Controlling 2.0 – Basics of Performance and Risk Controlling

Efficient bank controlling and the relevant expertise remain essential building blocks of modern bank management.

Since the foundation of zeb, the Bank Controlling Academy has been teaching participants all the methods, instruments and concepts of an innovative controlling approach, always based on the practical experience of zeb as a consultancy. Our team of lecturers will teach you from scratch all the relevant skills you need to manage credit institutions today and in the future. In addition to classic content such as regulation, overall bank management including the market interest rate method as well as risk measurement and management, megatrends and technological developments are discussed.

Target audience

The program is intended for people working in the financial services industry (FSI) at all hierarchical levels who are interested in expanding or updating their knowledge of bank controlling.

You’re not directly involved in financial services but would still like to understand how a bank is managed? No problem, because even if you don’t have a banking background, our top-class lecturers will make the world of bank controlling accessible to you.

Study location

The seminar will be conducted in a hybrid fashion: you decide for yourself whether you want to attend at the zeb office in Frankfurt a. M. or online.
