Agility as a response to the VUCA world: You will learn about the various dimensions and facets of agility and discuss the different starting positions of your employers with your training class
Introduction to Design Thinking and Scrum: From the customer problem to the agile implementation of a solution in the project - on this day you will get to know the complete process with the Design Thinking and Scrum frameworks
Introduction to OKR and Kanban : On this day, you will learn how OKR and Kanban can be used to implement agility in the day-to-day work of line teams
Your individual coaching : Together, we will take an hour digitally to answer your questions and discuss the next steps for more agility in your organization
Coaching mindset and how teams can become (even) more successful: On this day, you will internalize the role of a coach and learn methods and practical tips to accompany teams in their transformation.
Mastering agile moderation and workshops: We will show you what it takes to prepare agile workshop formats properly and to inspire during implementation.
Successfully shaping change & final presentations: We show you how you can also “get the ball rolling” in your organization and you show us in group work what you have learned in the training.
All six workshop days take place in our workshop area in Hamburg. On >200 square meters there is more than enough space and material for our training. We take care of your catering during the workshop and look forward to a cappuccino together at our portafilter machine.

As an Agile Guide, you will receive an overview of the four most important agile frameworks and develop your skills as a coach and facilitator over several days. The Scrum Master training is much more compact and is limited to the Scrum framework.
