Module Description

This module provides a detailed overview of the key banking regulatory frameworks as well as governance and compliance requirements for credit institutions. Building on currently applicable regulatory requirements, it also introduces upcoming amendments and additional regulations and discusses their impact on banks. The focus is on KWG/CRR requirements, reporting, liquidity requirements, requirements under MaRisk/SREP/stress testing, and requirements under the AML package. In addition to a straightforward presentation of the regulations, the course will also include their integration into banking processes, an assessment of their relevance to management, and the sharing of practical implementation experiences.
